Job Summary

Mackenzie Health is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team as a CT Scanner Specialist. As a key member of our medical imaging department, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners and producing high-quality radiographs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and participate in all CT scanning procedures, ensuring excellent image quality and patient safety.
  • Operate CT scanners and related equipment efficiently and safely, adhering to radiation safety procedures.
  • Complete diagnostic images of in-patient and out-patient clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by following health and safety policies.

Requirements

  • Diploma in radiography from an accredited institution.
  • Membership in good standing with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO).
  • Proven clinical experience with patient-focused care, including strong patient assessment, care planning, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-graduate education in CT scanning.
  • Membership in the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) or Ontario Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (OAMRT).
  • Ability to speak a second language.
