Job Title: Account Manager, Private Client Solutions

Job Summary:

Lloyd Sadd is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Private Client Solutions team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients, growing our book of business, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service: Provide best-in-class service to our high-net-worth clients, including delivering additional services above and beyond normal transactional services.
  • Business Development: Participate in growth initiatives to grow our Private Client Solutions book of business, focusing on retention of both personal and commercial accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Liaise with company underwriters to negotiate the best terms for our clients, ensuring strong, long-term customer relationships are created.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a current knowledge base of insurance products and services, including regular, non-standard, and high-net-worth markets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the PCS team to provide an exceptional customer service experience, assisting Advisors with Accounts Receivable and ensuring timely and accurate servicing and billing of accounts.
  • Professional Development: Participate in training and professional development courses to enhance skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of personal lines experience and EPIC brokerage software preferred.
  • High-Net-Worth Experience: Experience in the High-Net-Worth space is considered an asset.
  • License: Level 2 General Insurance license is strongly preferred.
  • Designation: Completed or working towards C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designation.
  • Skills: Superb interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to be a self-starter, strong written and oral communication skills, and organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
