About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize costs
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure food and service meet our high standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates to inform kitchen operations decisions
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform kitchen operations decisions
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and ability to maintain high standards of food quality
