Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Morinville. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and serving of food to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of 3-4 staff members in the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that high-quality standards are met.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Scheduling: Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and initiative.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as needed.
