{"h1": "Senior Civil, Structure and Architecture Designer Position", "p": "At G Mining Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil, Structure and Architecture Designer to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for producing 2D and 3D engineering drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, for heavy industrial buildings. Your designs will be developed from concept to final product, working collaboratively with engineers and other disciplines.

Responsibilities:

* Produce complex structural drawings for construction and/or fabricators
* Follow G-mining design guidelines and procedures
* Check 2D drawings and 3D models for clashes and constructability
* Adapt to different client standards and design software
* Demonstrate creativity and innovation in problem-solving

Requirements:

* Hold a technical degree in technology or equivalent training, with specialization in concrete, steel, and architectural design
* Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience in concrete and steel design
* Experience in preparing and drafting designs for structural steel and detailing
* Experience in designing reinforced concrete, masonry and/or wood structures is an asset
* Have experience in drafting and design within a consulting engineering environment
* Have advanced knowledge of drafting software (mastering Revit is an asset)
* Have advanced knowledge of preventive measures, health, and safety rules at work and hazardous material regulations in the workplace
* Be able to communicate in French and/or English, both speaking and writing
* Knowledge of Navisworks is an asset

* The position will be based at the G Mining Services office in Brossard
* Possibility of working in hybrid mode (office and remote work)
* Possibility of travelling abroad and in Canada depending on the availability of the candidate
