Web Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team at Schulkindbetreuung in Kaimuki, Hawaii.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Zen-Cart or similar e-commerce software platforms, a strong understanding of Web design and development projects, and the ability to work closely with web developers and designers.

Responsibilities include maintaining and improving current customer-facing and internal administrative Web site functionality, developing, testing, and launching new features, and creating and maintaining a dev environment for development and testing.

The successful candidate will also have experience with Photoshop, a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related fields, and locksmithing or automotive knowledge.

As a full-time employee, you will be working from our Kaimuki office and will be required to be local.

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Zen-Cart or similar e-commerce software platforms
  • Collaborate with web designers and other stakeholders to implement UI of web pages and email newsletters
  • Provide technical expertise to coworkers and external contractors
  • Coordinate and direct various other workers, including outsourced developers
