Digital Marketing and Brand Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and Brand Marketing Director to join our dynamic Senior Leadership Team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing marketing and communication strategies across the organization.
About the RoleThis critical position is accountable for contributing to increased revenue growth through effective marketing of memberships and services. You will also enhance brand reputation while ensuring maximum recognition through communications and events.
Main Responsibilities- Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and achieve established KPIs.
- Monitor and report on business results achieved through strategic marketing efforts.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to achieve objectives.
- Oversee the management and growth of Holstein Canada's digital presence, including website, social media platforms, SEO, and SEM.
- Maximize exposure through effective sponsorship activations at third-party events.
- Seek out suitable event sponsorship opportunities that elevate consideration with select audiences, negotiate agreements, and direct print & digital activations.
- Drive increased attendance at virtual and in-person events through targeted marketing.
- Secure a diverse range of dairy industry sponsors.
- Effectively lead a team of marketing professionals.
- Promote a collaborative environment where each team member's input is valued.
- Manage projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in a related marketing role, ideally at a senior management level.
- Education or certification in marketing, communication, business, or equivalent.
- Expertise in integrated marketing campaigns, measurement, event management, and corporate sponsorship.
- A knowledge of the Holstein breed or prior experience within the dairy or agriculture industry is an asset.
We offer a competitive salary in the range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a robust benefit package, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.
