We are a family of seven seeking an experienced childcare provider to provide care for our three young children, ages 9, 11, and 15. As a responsible and caring individual who loves working with children, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment that fosters their physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position requiring 8 hours of childcare per day. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and engaging with the children in age-appropriate activities such as arts, crafts, and outdoor play
- Assisting with homework and school projects, promoting academic excellence and curiosity
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children, teaching them about nutrition and meal planning
- Light housekeeping and laundry related to child care, maintaining a clean and organized living space
You will also be responsible for providing first aid and CPR certification when needed, ensuring the children's safety and well-being at all times.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a nanny or in a similar childcare role
- Excellent references and ability to pass a background check
- First aid and CPR certification
