Food and Beverage Operations Manager

About this role: We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities: Establish methods to meet work schedules, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing customers' complaints or concerns and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
