About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and personalized support to customers through various communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Reliance products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Reliance's products and services to provide accurate and informed solutions to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
