Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our team at SynergyAspen Environmental. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing environmental site assessment and remediation projects across BC.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage environmental site assessment and remediation projects
* Prepare work plans and cost estimates
* Manage remediation and reclamation environmental field work programs
* Assist in the preparation and execution of proposals
* Mentor and train staff
* Manage, review and sign-off on technical reports
* Liaise with regulators, contractors and other third parties
* Prepare and issue invoices to clients
* Maintain billable targets
* Undertake occasional travel to project sites
* Provide excellent levels of service to our internal and external clients

Requirements:

* 10+ years of relevant contaminated sites/reclamation/natural sciences experience in environmental consulting in BC
* 5+ years of project management experience
* Technical diploma or degree in a related discipline
* Recognized accredited professional designation (e.g., P.Eng, P.Geo, P.Chem, P.Ag. etc.) recognized in BC
* Experience in contaminated sites, with extensive knowledge of BCER Regulations
* Experience in managing technically complex projects, working with a dynamic team, and overseeing cost controls
* Energy, intelligence, and integrity
* Excellent communication, technical writing, and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to safety
