About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Management Director to join our team at Montrose Environmental Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability while maintaining a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accountability for profit and loss performance while creating an environment that values quality and continuous improvement.
  • Make significant project-related decisions.
  • Prioritize technical and resourcing priorities within the service line that will have the greatest impact on company success.

Growth and Development

  • Maintain a robust business development pipeline that is consistent with our growth and profitability expectations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction on projects executed within the service and prioritize activities that will improve client experience.
  • Prioritize client and project pursuits and required resources.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in environmental consulting in the fields of assessment, remediation, reclamation, and monitoring in Canada with preferred experience in mining, energy, power, and industrial sectors.
  • Demonstrated decisiveness in identifying priorities, resolving business challenges, and managing diverse stakeholder requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, geoscience, or environmental sciences.
  • A minimum of 8 years in a management role.
