Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Spray-Net. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress, including budget and timeline updates.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site, and that workers are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency on site.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a construction or operations management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
