Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to join our team at Spray-Net. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including project status updates, budget variances, and quality control metrics.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
