Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Spray-Net. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to complete tasks safely and effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction work meets quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all construction activities are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations, minimizing risks to workers and the public.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction-related role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
