We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Restaurant Shift Manager at KFC, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Your primary goal will be to maintain excellent customer satisfaction, while also driving sales growth and improving overall restaurant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and managing staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods
  • Conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining accurate records
  • Monitoring and controlling food costs, labor expenses, and other operational costs
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any complaints or issues promptly

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our management team to develop strategies for improving restaurant performance and driving sales growth. You will also be responsible for training and developing your team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
