Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role involves monitoring and mitigating IT infrastructure threats, assessing security systems, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Defining and updating SOC procedures and processes
  • Creating and executing playbooks and runbooks
  • Analyzing events and incidents related to IT security
  • Executing day-to-day operational tasks related to Cyber Operations
  • Documenting the incident life cycle and providing support during cyber incidents

You'll be responsible for tracking and assigning tickets/events to the Cyber Security Team, analyzing potential threats from multiple sources, and creating filters, reports, dashboards, and alerts in support of Cyber Operations.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in computer security, network security, or information security operations
  • Broad knowledge of information systems and networking technologies
  • Strong verbal communication skills and excellent technical writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects
