About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at AUJLAS' FARMS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures, coordinating and supervising the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, and ensuring that farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
  • Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Hire and train staff
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform general farm duties
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
