Position Overview

Join our team at Baldev Farm Ltd as an Agricultural Baler Operator. This role involves essential tasks in the field of hay farming, ensuring the efficient operation of baling equipment and contributing to the overall productivity of our agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Management: Execute hoeing techniques between rows, ensuring optimal crop growth.
  • Crop Maintenance: Clean and maintain crops, while also clearing brush and debris from various work areas.
  • Harvesting: Participate in the harvesting of seedlings and crops, ensuring quality and readiness for market.
  • Soil Preparation: Level earth to meet fine grade specifications and mix fertilizers for optimal crop health.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
  • General Duties: Perform a variety of farm tasks, including weeding, fertilizing, and monitoring water lines and temperature in barns.
Work Environment

This position requires working in a physically demanding environment, often under pressure. Candidates should be prepared for repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.

Qualifications
  • No formal education required; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Experience is not necessary, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
Working Conditions
