Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Supervision: Oversee the daily activities of farm workers and harvesting labourers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control and Production Records: Maintain accurate records of crop production, quality control, and other relevant data to inform farm operations and decision-making.
- Crop Management: Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, including planting, harvesting, and post-harvest activities.
- Workplace Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all farm workers and labourers, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physical activity
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Work Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
- Work Term: Permanent
