Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.

  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage our store's finances effectively.
  • Order merchandise and ensure that our shelves are always stocked with the latest products.
  • Authorize returns of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that our team is working efficiently.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to our customers.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is always well-stocked.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our workers to ensure that our store runs smoothly.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with our team.
  • Basic security clearance and a criminal record check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handle heavy loads.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
