Job Title: Executive Chef

At Broadway's Steak House, we are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Determine the size of food portions and costs
* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
* Inspect kitchens and food service areas
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
* Clean kitchen and work areas
* Organize buffets and banquets

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail
* Ability to supervise kitchen staff and helpers
* Ability to maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
