Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Trifon's. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing menus that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that are both delicious and visually appealing.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Staff Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have everything we need to operate at peak performance.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring that they are clean and safe for our customers and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
