This Palliative position offers a unique opportunity to provide skilled clinical care in a client home setting, working with a dynamic team that prioritizes flexibility and utilizes your nursing skill sets.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to clients in their community
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Teaching and delegating tasks to clients and caregivers
