Accounting and Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting and Logistics Assistant to support our daily financial and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Main Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable:- Prepare and send customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Track and update customer accounts for received payments.
- Process credit card payments and follow up on overdue payments.
- Receive and verify invoices from suppliers.
- Prepare payments for validation and execution.
- Monitor payments made and pending invoices.
- Track and record all expenses made via company credit cards.
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements with receipts and corresponding invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company internal expense policies.
- Prepare monthly expense reports for management review.
- Plan, organize, and oversee all activities related to order shipping.
- Ensure that orders are prepared, packed, and shipped according to quality standards and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer service, warehouse) to ensure smooth order management.
- Communicate with clients to coordinate shipments and invoicing as required.
- A degree in accounting, management, or a similar field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
