Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate II to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping product. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse functions and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and receive inbound product, ensuring it meets quality standards.
  • Put away product in designated areas, following established procedures.
  • Process returns, counting and verifying quantities, and completing necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment, prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Verify order accuracy, including product details and quantities.
  • Pack and prepare product for shipment, adhering to client specifications.
  • Arrange for pick-up of shipments and coordinate with carriers.
  • Ensure compliance with client procedures, GMP/SOP, and government regulations.
  • Palletize and load product for transportation, ensuring secure loading.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identifying discrepancies and reporting issues.
