Grtouchette is seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and excellent analytical skills.

Job Description:

The Supply Manager coordinates operations to ensure maximum inventory according to capacity. He also manages inventory and receipts in the various distribution centers, developing tools to support business needs. Planning of the receiving schedule ensures timely delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coach a diverse team of buyers to achieve strategic objectives and foster professional development.
  • Set priorities for the procurement team and lead initiatives to find solutions.
  • Present a monthly inventory governance review to the Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP) Committee.
  • Influence the committee to ensure strategies are implemented.
  • Play a key role in improving business processes and purchasing systems (SAP-MM).
  • Participate in the implementation of a collaboration platform with suppliers (SAP Business Network).
  • Align procurement and inventory management decisions with growth and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure replenishment management considering receiving, storage, and growth capacities.
  • Monitor inventory level performance against budgets and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate with departments to execute manufacturing programs and educate the team on merchandising strategies.
  • Maintain good relationships with manufacturers.
  • Implement tools and indicators to monitor strategy performance (KVIs, margins, turns, etc.).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management in a similar environment (distribution, retail sales, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of supply management software (experience with SAP-MM and supplier collaboration platforms).
  • Leadership experience.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Sense of priorities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
