About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at ClickJobs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide value.
  • Lead Qualification and Nurturing: Qualify leads, assess their potential, and nurture them through the sales process.
  • Sales and Business Development: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to track leads, manage relationships, and analyze sales performance.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and communicate effectively.
  • Results-Driven and Motivated: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software: Experience with CRM systems, including data entry, lead management, and sales analytics.
