Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and Coach Employees: Lead and coach our Member Service Representatives to identify members' needs and recommend, refer, or provide products and services that enhance their financial fitness.
  • Pursue New Business Opportunities: Be proactive in pursuing new business opportunities to grow our member base and increase revenue.
  • Adhere to Policies and Procedures: Adhere to policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines to mitigate risk of loss and ensure compliance.
  • Provide Support and Guidance: Provide support, guidance, and training to all employees as necessary to ensure performance improvement and cohesive teamwork.
  • Understand and Meet Members' Needs: Understand and meet the needs of our members by providing them with advice on appropriate products and services, and/or identifying opportunities to refer members to appropriate team members or external partners.
  • Demonstrate Expertise in Branch Security: Demonstrate an expert understanding of all branch security procedures.
Requirements

To qualify for this role, you will need at least 4 years of retail banking experience and a high school diploma. Previous leadership/supervisory experience and post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies) are valuable assets.
