Job Overview

The Sales Assistant Manager reports directly to the Store Manager and focuses on optimizing sales results by promoting exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. They lead high-performing teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving traffic through digital platforms.

Key Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business is an asset
  • 2+ years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail
  • Passion for fashion, outgoing personality, and commitment to excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making capacity
  • Flexibility, innovation, and sense of urgency in adapting to changing business environments
  • Ability to foster collaboration, creativity, and learning within the team
  • Social media skills, mobile device proficiency, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office expertise
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
