Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with order desk personnel to define shipping requirements and delivery specifications
  • Plan delivery and pick-up schedules
  • Communicate with customers and carriers for effective product delivery
  • Arrange shipments by checking stock levels and anticipating delivery requirements
  • Coordinate shipments with forklift operators to ensure accurate and efficient loads
  • Check-in drivers and process BOLS, customs, and reconcile quantities and notes discrepancies
  • Schedule and manage inbound deliveries to plant and off-site warehouse
  • Keep internal and external customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date, method, current status, and answering questions
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint competence
  • Above-average organizational and strategic planning skills
