Job Title: Social Services Worker

CIUSSS de l'Estrie-CHUS is seeking a skilled Social Services Worker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide social services to clients in need, including support with daily living activities and connecting them with community resources.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work or psychology.
  • Fluency in French is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience working in a social services setting is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
