About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our ECommerce team at Elanco Animal Health. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing retailer-specific business plans to achieve Elanco's business objectives and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retailer-specific business plans to drive sales growth and achieve Elanco's business objectives.
  • Lead customer-focused projects and partner cross-functionally to execute strategic and tactical selling solutions.
  • Analyze and utilize category data to uncover insights and trends, and leverage them to expand distribution, drive consumption, and grow sales.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to increase traffic and conversions using keyword research, sales analytics, and tracking tools.
  • Design and execute demand creation campaigns for categories and customers.
  • Manage all aspects of Vendor Central, support operations, and lead initiatives to minimize chargebacks.
  • Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to ensure in-stock levels and meet Amazon's requirements for EDI and order processing.
  • Manage communication, prioritization, and information flow with cross-functional teams.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Undergraduate degree in a business or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive sales and/or marketing experience in the customer package goods industry.
  • Fluent in Digital Commerce, digital media, and eBusiness platforms; Ecomm and/or strong digital marketing experience required.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and AMS preferred.

  • MBA.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the retailer media landscape (search and programmatic) required with Executive-level presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, manage issues, and resolve conflict.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to partner cross-functionally.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting with strong business acumen.

Additional Information:

  • 14-16 month fixed duration, with potential for extension.
  • Hybrid role.
  • Location: within GTA, individual must be able to travel to meet with customers and attend weekly team meetings in Mississauga.
  • Travel: 10-15%.
