Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect Leader to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our cloud strategies and ensuring seamless execution across all aspects of our business.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud architecture, a strong track record of success in leading technical teams, and a proven ability to drive innovation and growth. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that leverage the full potential of AWS.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of cloud strategies and architectures that align with our business objectives.
- Oversee the design and deployment of large-scale cloud solutions, ensuring high levels of quality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Mentor and lead a team of experienced cloud architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver exceptional results and drive growth.
- 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on AWS.
- AWS Solutions Architect - Professional certification or equivalent expertise.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, migrations, security, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale, production-grade cloud solutions.
- Experience working directly with AWS teams on co-sell, funding, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives, engineering teams, and AWS stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AWS Marketplace, funding programs, and co-sell motions.
- Experience working with startups, ISVs, and scale-ups in high-growth cloud environments.
