We are seeking an Operational Support Specialist to join our team at ShengShi International.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be in the range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

As an Operational Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our team. This will include coordinating the flow of information within the team, managing digital databases, performing data entry tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls, and greeting clients and visitors. Additionally, you will assist with planning and organizing daily operations, and provide support with tasks such as typing and proofreading correspondence and other documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You should have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as experience with electronic mail and Google Drive.

A college or CEGEP diploma or equivalent qualification is required, and previous experience in a similar role would be an asset.
