Program Overview
The Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program provides a range of specialized recovery-focused services to individuals with mental health conditions. The program offers assessments, consultations, behavioral support, shared care, group opportunities, and follow-up services in a traditional office-based setting, in the community, or via telemedicine.
Key Performance Indicators
- Develop and implement effective services that meet the needs of individuals with mental health conditions.
- Improve service delivery through quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve excellence in service delivery.
Requirements
- A post-secondary degree in a health field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
- Regulated Health Professional registration is required.
- Minimum 3 years managerial experience in the mental health field is preferred.
