About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Financial Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive communications strategies that align with our company's goals, vision, and business imperatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute holistic communications strategies for financial reporting and M&A activities.
  • Develop investor-focused communications materials, such as quarterly and annual reports, press releases, and investor decks.
  • Contribute to a comprehensive CEO PR framework, supporting the development of messaging, speeches, and op-ed pieces.
  • Lead in media management for matters related to financial communications and M&A.

About You

You're a fit for this role if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in financial and executive communications, investor relations, or corporate communications within a publicly traded global technology company or financial services organization.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory requirements and best practices related to financial disclosures and investor relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear and compelling messages for various audiences.
