Mortgage Associate Opportunity

We are a full-service, high-volume mortgage brokerage located in Edmonton, Alberta, dedicated to providing exceptional mortgage solutions to our clients. As a Full Time Mortgage Associate, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our goal of delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively market yourself to your network and establish relationships with new prospects and mortgage renewals.
- Closing mortgage files efficiently and within required deadlines.
- Meeting clients at their convenience to discuss their mortgage goals.
- Attending brokerage meetings and training regularly.
- Marketing initiatives, including social media posts, organizing and attending meetings, public speaking, and attending events.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest mortgage products, rates, policy changes, and industry developments.
- Data entry and responsible for all fulfillment duties required for pre, interim, and post-closing of mortgage files.
- Completion of Mortgage Associate Licensing through RECA.
- High level of fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in-person.
- Experience with CRM systems and other marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Industry-wide compensation based on a competitive performance-based commissioned tier model.
