About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mortgage Associate to join our team at Dominion Lending Centres Mortgage Force. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing clients, marketing yourself, and establishing relationships with real-estate agents, lawyers, and other industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source out clients and referral sources through proactive marketing and networking.
  • Develop and execute sales objectives to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Liaise with clients, real-estate agents, lawyers, and other industry professionals to ensure efficient and timely mortgage file closures.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest mortgage products, rates, and policy changes to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Completion or enrollment in the Mortgage Associate Licensing program through RECA.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending and credit principles.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and fluency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
