Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to kickstart a career in sales and contribute to the success of AOS Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through research, outreach, and creative lead-generation strategies.
  • Initial Contact: Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce AOS solutions and spark interest.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess potential clients' needs, budget, and decision-making processes to qualify them for further engagement.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software (HubSpot) to track leads, activities, and progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with entire sales team (Account Executives, Account Managers, Director of Sales) to align on lead generation strategies, marketing suggestions, and campaigns.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide insights on lead quality, common objections, and market trends to improve outreach strategies.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about AOS products, industry developments, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles. Previous SDR experience is a plus but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ability to move past rejection is imperative for success in this role.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a supportive team culture.
