Key Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for Sales Team regarding watch inquiries.
  • Purchasing new watches on trade from customers with guidance from Watch Team Lead.
  • Re-ordering branded Watches (Tissot, Citizen, Rado, etc.) on a biweekly basis and creating a written process for ordering.
  • Maintaining visual merchandising in store to enhance brand awareness of luxury pre-owned watches and branded watches in the watch showroom.
  • Handling pre-owned luxury watch inquiries, sales, and inventory through online and in-store interactions.
  • Setting up watch displays each day and putting away watches at the end of shift.
  • Managing the pre-owned luxury watch micro site.
  • Overseeing Watch Service:
  1. Daily processing of watch batteries.
  2. Undertaking simple watch repairs such as replacing batteries and watch straps.
  3. Contacting customers with estimates from outside watch makers.
  4. Monitoring turnaround time and delivery on all watch service.
  5. Processing all incoming and completed Watch Service in collaboration with outside service departments.
  6. Pricing watch services with appropriate profit margins.
Store Responsibilities
  • Referring customer complaints related to watches to Watch Team Lead or Owner.
  • Completing opening and closing store duties.
  • Serving as the second point of contact when customers enter the store, supporting all sales departments on the sales floor, secondary to watches.
  • Participating in monthly sales meetings with sales associates.
