Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Allocate resources, establish departments, and set objectives for the organization.
- Strategic Planning: Develop marketing strategies, establish financial controls, and approve promotional campaigns.
- Team Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Identify and investigate compliance issues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Skills: MS Office, excellent communication, and organizational skills
