Security Supervisor

Signal of Ottawa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
- Monitor and maintain security protocols and procedures
- Respond to emergency situations and provide technical advice
- Prepare and submit progress reports
- Train and develop security staff
- Security Guard License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
The Security Supervisor will work in a variety of locations, including on-site and off-site locations. The work environment will be fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
