We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team at the Kelowna General Hospital in beautiful Kelowna, B.C. As a Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive assessment, care planning, and treatment coordination for designated clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct psychosocial care, counseling, system navigation, and advocacy for clients and their families.
