Job Title: Clinical Counsellor

Kelly Mental Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Counsellor to join our team. As a Clinical Counsellor, you will work with clients to identify and address mental health concerns, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, social work)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting
  • Accreditation or registration with a national, provincial, or territorial professional association
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
