About the Job

ALDRED RESTAURANTS LTD dba McDonalds Restaurants is seeking a Food Service Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and efficient individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving customers, and resolving any issues that may arise;
  • Cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, including dishes, utensils, and equipment;
  • Loading and unloading supplies, including food, beverages, and condiments;
  • Operating dishwashers, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently;
  • Working effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No degree, certificate or diploma required;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately;
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) regularly and stand for extended periods;
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Estimated Salary
