Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at ALDRED RESTAURANTS LTD dba McDonalds Restaurants. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
