Job Title: DSW Supervisor Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Supervisor to join our DSW team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections, and driving sales and web orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume a leadership role and maximize store business results by creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
  • Facilitate achievement of business results by role modeling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
  • Coach and provide feedback to team members to achieve segment success.
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
  • Open and close the store proficiently.

Requirements:

  • Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers.
  • Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs.
  • Motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Openness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change.
  • Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts, including closing shifts and weekends as required.
