About This Role
We are seeking a passionate and caring Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Lansdowne Special Care Home. The successful candidate will provide personalized support to our residents, assisting with daily living activities and promoting their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Participate in activities and events that promote social interaction and well-being
- Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
