Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at East Coast Pizza Ltd. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, including daily specials, and be able to describe them to customers.
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order Taking: Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Special Needs: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide personalized service.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
